There are a lot of lemon sauce options both sweet and savoury. There are recipes for lemon sauces suitable for chicken and fish to cakes and desserts.
This simple sauce is made of cream of chicken soup mixed with lemon juice, garlic and spices. It tastes great on rice, pasta, chicken or veggies. Add a teaspoon or two of basil or Italian seasoning for extra flavour.
Pieces of lamb are marinated in garlic, oil, and red wine vinegar, then threaded on rosemary skewers and barbecued. A creamy, herby sauce of Greek yoghurt, fresh mint, oregano and parsley complement these kebabs nicely!
