Recipe By: Carol
This cake is a rich, moist fruit cake, perfect at Christmas. GLAD® Bake & Cooking® Paper eliminates the need for greasing the cake tin and its non-stick coating saves time cleaning up afterwards.

This recipe was passed down through my family for years. If you're looking for a great tasting, tender chicken breast, this is what you're looking for. It is worth marinating overnight and the chicken here is barbecued but you can also cook it in a heavy frypan on the stovetop.

This is a typical dish of southern Italy. Swordfish is marinated in a lemon and oil mixture, then fried and cooked with broad beans and white wine.

This is my mother's recipe. I hadn't eaten a jam drop in so long, so it was fun to make them on the weekend.

    Spicy Lime Chicken

Made this last night-its great as long as you like lime (which I do!) garlic and chilli (ditto!). I used fresh chilli and didn't cook on the barbecue but in a hot, cast iron frypan inside.

    Garlic Chicken in Puff Pastry

Very easy to prepare, tasted great. I have a fan forced oven so I cooked at 180 degrees C. My family loved it.

    The Best Zucchini Fritters Ever

Making these fritters was super easy. Just found the taste a little bland.
