Lovely Sangria recipes using either red or white wine; great for summer or winter parties. Sangria is a light and delicious punch.
This is a little different from the classic Spanish recipe, but still a great summer drink using red wine, lemonade, fresh oranges, limes, pineapple and cherries.
The refreshing mix of fruit, soft drink, red wine and brandy make Sangria a refreshing and mellow summer punch. You can use lemonade, soda water or ginger ale as the soft drink.
For a zesty Summer drink, you just can’t go past this non alcoholic Sangria, which never fails to refresh and satisfy. I really like the tartness of citrus fruits – any excuse to use lemon and limes. I used an equal mix of unsweetened cranberry juice and red grape juice to keep that lovely burnt blood red that resembles the colour of red wine.
A wonderful punch based on the classic Spanish drink, made with white wine, mango and orange slices.
An excellent version of the Spanish punch which uses rum instead of brandy. You can add any fruit that you want, but I find that apples and pears absorb all the rum. This one is not diluted with carbonated beverages.
Fresh fruits like bananas, kiwi fruit, oranges and apples are combined with red wine, cognac and Cointreau in this refreshing punch.
Fruit, red wine and brandy are the main ingredients in a good Spanish sangria. Watch this recipe being made in the Allrecipes Sangria Video.
This is the most delicious ham I have ever tasted. The acidity of the pineapple juice and the wine combination is hard to beat for tender moist ham.
Made with rosé instead of red wine, this light and fruity sangria is dangerously refreshing! With sliced citrus fruit, raspberries and pineapple juice, you may want to make a couple batches - just in case.
This is a drink native to Spain. Zesty orange slices and apple wedges float invitingly in this beautiful drink.
