Flounder is a great fish that can be used in a variety of recipes from stuffed whole fish, to fried fillets, and even in pasta recipes.
Flounder is my fish of choice in this delicious seafood lasagne but other white fish will work. Try it with a fresh spinach salad.
A very easy yet tasty way to prepare any type of mild fish, such as flounder, but it could easily be replaced with tilapia, sole or haddock.
Flounder is a deeply flavourful fish which is best served very simply with butter and lemon. Serve with a side of rice and a salad.
If the thick fillets are not available, you can spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the thinner fillets and fold in half, using a toothpick to keep in place during cooking.
