Quick, simple and really tasty! Only uses 3 ingredients, but has an excellent result. Unlike most recipes, bananas don't need to be ripe.

Anyone who truly loves you will love you with garlic breath, too! Chicken is pan seared and then finishes cooking on a bed of garlic cloves. Toss with tagliatelle and herbed tomatoes and onions. Use any cut of chicken you like with this recipe - two pieces per person.

This no-guilt treat is surprisingly moist and has a wonderful flavour. It's also a great way to use up over-ripe bananas. For a little variation, you can add nuts or sultanas.

This is a simple and easy to toss together recipe using cauliflower. Serve this dish with Indian breads such as thin rotis or naans - even a pita bread will do! Garnish with coriander if you'd like. Asofoetida can be found in some grocery stores, but will most likely be found in a specialist Indian grocery store, it is often called 'hing'.

Blue Cheese dressing is great with vegetable sticks or as a dip for other finger food like chicken wings. And of course it's gorgeous on a crisp green salad with garlic croutons, cherry tomatoes and chicken breast fillets.

Treacle and polenta distinguish this dark, sweet bread. It's best when hot out of the oven or toasted. You can substitute molasses or golden syrup for the treacle.
