I have been making Guacamole for quite some time. Over the years, I have added ingredients and removed ingredients. This Guacamole is fantastic.

Blue Cheese dressing is great with vegetable sticks or as a dip for other finger food like chicken wings. And of course it's gorgeous on a crisp green salad with garlic croutons, cherry tomatoes and chicken breast fillets.

Beans are the magic ingredient in this tasty artichoke dip. It makes an appealing starter and is an excellent choice for year-round entertaining as well. Try it with Wholemeal pita crisps (recipe on this website) or a selection of fresh vegetable sticks.

I bought a similar spread at the supermarket awhile back, and I thought that I could do it better and cheaper myself. I use tinned artichoke hearts, though you can buy fresh artichokes and cook them yourself.

Actually the bud from a thistle-like plant, globe artichokes are high in fibre, folate and potassium, and supply a surprising amount of vitamin C as well. This simple dip uses canned artichoke hearts so you can enjoy it at any time of the year.

Everybody loves this, and I'm always asked for the recipe whenever I make it. Serve with pide, chips or biscuits. For a version that is lower in fat and calories, try using light cream cheese.

Tofu stretches the peanut butter in this spicy dip, reducing kilojoules and giving it a velvety consistency. Serve with crudités, as a spread or as a dressing for an Asian noodle salad.

Sweet and hot salsa with mangoes, chilli and avocado. Use red capsicums instead of chillies if you want a mild version. Make this close to serving time.

Looking for a refreshing, sweet and spicy salsa for a warm summer evening? This is our favourite. Serve with corn chips. This is also fantastic served on grilled fish.

This exciting Italian dipping sauce is meant to be served warm with crudités (sliced raw veges), turkish bread or whatever inspires you. The creamy blend of garlic and anchovies will become a favourite! Allow 2 hours chilling time for the flavours to meld, then reheat thoroughly before serving.

Use fresh sprigs of rosemary to garnish this zesty combination of cannellini beans, herbs and spices. Serve with bread and crackers. Borlotti beans can be substituted for cannellini beans.

The trick to great guacamole is - of course - good avocados. Make sure your avocados are ripe, and the Haas variety is best in this recipe. Serve this dip with corn chips or sliced raw vegetables.

A recipe that will change your Guacamole standards forever. The pomegranate seeds are the secret to its unique bittersweet flavor. Irresistibly delicious! You can also mash this dip by hand.
