Cooking for a crowd? Need recipes that suit a family celebration, dinner party, summer barbecue party, wedding buffet or a school or community event?
This is a simple appetizer that can be as simple as cream cheese with sweet chilli sauce on it or fancy with the cream cheese piped as in my photo.
I've been on a bit of a lollie run lately and found this one from way back. Your own version of Crunchie-just without the chocolate. This is easy to make and fun when you add the bicarb!
These are absolutely the most amazing chocolate chip cookies ever! They are crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy in the middle and delicious chocolate chips are spread throughout them making them even more of a scrumptious treat.
If you like your cookies soft but not floury, these are for you. You can vary the choc-chips - I love them with mini MMs, or white chocolate and macadamias. Bake them to desired crispness (they firm well when cooled).
These mini quiches are so quick and easy you could get your little one to help you. They are great for entertaining, for kids' parties and as a snack and also great for school lunch boxes and can be whipped up in no time! If you don't have puff pastry I have made these without and they still come out really good.
