Use as an accompaniment to seared steak, a sauce for grilled vegetables or as a dip for raw vegetables.

Serves: 4 

  • 440g tin cannellini beans
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour5min 

  1. Drain and rinse beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour to intensify flavours.
