    A soup from my modelling days. Each 2.5 cup serving has only 370 kJ. Could be 'beefed up' by adding anything you want

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup celery, chopped
    • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
    • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
    • 2 cups green beans, cut
    • 1/2 tsp basil
    • 1/2 tsp sage
    • 1/2 tsp thyme
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 4 chicken stock cubes
    • 6 cups water

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Bring water and stock to boil
    2. Add in veges and seasonings. Boil until tender (about 15 mins)
