Rabbit Stew with Dumplings

This is an incredible stew that is so filling! Fills 6 hungry tummy with ease. Use about 28cm deep oven safe pot/dish for this one.

This would have to be the best Rabbit recipe I have ever had. The only changes I had made was using seasoned flour to shake the pieces into before frying. I also used Olive oil to fry the pieces instead of Butter. We had one fussy eater at the dinner table that did not like Mushies, but the dish was so tasty he didn't even notice. Fantastic dish, have put it into my fav's. Thanks.

Really good, meat was very tender. Didn't have any fresh rosemary so used dried.

Yes it was tweaked only slightly though by replacing the 'normal' gluten based ingredients with gluten free ingredients as it's vitally important to me as a coeliac to be completely gluten free and my husband and children are gluten free by choice to make life and meals easier for me my husband actually cooked this recipe tonight for our dinner and we all thoroughly enjoyed it and we will definitely be making this again

Great recipe, easy to follow, tasted fantastic. I halved the ingredients and added some carrots as well. Be careful adding the milk as you really don't need much, I would recommend adding it a tablespoon full at a time.
