Ingredients

- 2 slices spelt bread
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons organic raspberry jelly or jam (any brand)
- 3 cups organic whole milk

- For starters, lightly toast the two slices of spelt bread, not really browning them but just getting them a bit crispy and warm.
- Next, spread the peanut butter evenly on one slice, and the jelly evenly on the other (bonus points for not spilling if you're under the age of 20).
- Slam the peanut butter bread on top of the jelly bread and if no one's around feel free to give yourself a high five or do a victory dance, because you just made the sandwich of champions!
- Pour the 3 cups of milk into a large glass and start downing it once you've taken your first bite (trust me, milk always tastes better if you've still got some peanut butter in your mouth ^_^)
