    • For the Pizza Dough
    • 1 tablespoon instant dried yeast
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 400 g spelt flour
    • Olive oil
    • 1 cup lukewarm water
    • For the Pizza Sauce
    • 3 cups Tomato Puree
    • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
    • 1/2 onion, finely diced
    • Fresh Basil
    • Salt
    • Olive oil
    • Other Necessities
    • 750 g Mozzarella cheese
    • Copious amounts of both of your favorite pizza toppings (We used Mushrooms, Pepperonis, and Zucchinis)
    • 1 Special Someone <3
    • Clothes that your willing to get dirty :P
    • Secluded Kitchen
    • A place to cuddle while the dough rises

    Preparation:3hours  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:3hours20min

    1. Start by having the least experienced chef out of you two grate the mozzerella cheese into a large bowl, making sure to share a few cheesey kisses from time to time = ). At the same time the pro chef should be sifting the yeast, flour and salt together and then pouring in one tablespoon of Olive oil into the lukewarm water and mixing it into the dough at a steady rate. (Even though a dough hook is usually faster using your hands is better for this because you know your going to want to get flour on your lover's nose :P but just watchout because they might get you with a floury handprint on the butt ^_^ especially if your wearing black pants)
    2. Once the dough is sufficiently kneaded and elastic, and the cheese is all grated and either one or both of you are covered in flour its time to let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place, in a olive oil greased bowl for about an hour and a half. (This is the perfect time to get a little cuddling in and share this special occasion together <3 )
    3. Once the time has passed (trust me it will pass wayyy to quick :P) its time for one of you to punch the dough and then put it back to rise for another 30-45 minute. It might seem like this is another good time to go and cuddle but your going to need this time to start preparing the sauce :P
    4. Start by sauteing the onions in a little bit of olive oil in a medium sized pot, making sure that one of you stirs them occasionally and doesn't get too carried away with hugs and kisses :P<3
    5. Once the onions are transparent its time to dump in the tomato puree and the garlic and toss a good amount of basil leaves into the mix. Stir this mixture again occasionally keeping the burner on medium until it begins to softly boil. When that happens turn the burner to medium low and cover it letting it cook for 15 minutes (more cuddling time anyone?)
    6. **Something that we found tastes really good is taking a few pinches of the mozzerella cheese and putting it on the sauce spoon each time you taste the sauce to see how its coming along = ) **
    7. Once the sauce is cooked, Start pre-heating your oven to 180 C, turn the sauce burner to low and go grab your pizza dough, rolling it out together into two medium sized pizzas and greasing two baking sheets. Pinch the edges of the dough up if you like crust before generously spooning the sauce onto the pizzas covering them completely (don't worry if you spill a little on your partner you can always clean them up later ^_^)
    8. Dump some mozzarella cheese on top of each pizza and then cover them with both of your favorite toppings, sharing little bites here and there with each other.
    9. Put the pizzas in the oven and enjoy the romance of a secluded kitchen together for anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes depending on how thin you rolled the crust out = )
    10. Take the pizzas out once the mozzarella is a nice melted golden brown and the bottom of the pizza is as well without being burned, let them cool for a few minutes and then enjoy together out on the balcony of your hotel room = ) <3
