Easy Guacamole II

    This is the only way that I can really enjoy avocados. All you need is the avocados, lemon juice, sea salt and a knife and fork!

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 avocados
    • lemon juice (freshly squeezed or from bottle)
    • sea salt or seasoned salt
    • corn chips or 2 pieces of toast (optional)

    1. Cut avocado with knife lengthways and remove seed.
    2. Scoop avocado flesh out of avocado and place in a bowl. Using a fork, mash the flesh until it forms a butter. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt or seasoned salt (or more, to taste). Sprinkle with enough lemon juice to cover and mix. Or more, to taste.
    3. Serve with corn chips for dipping or spread over toast.
    4. Optional: place on toast and then top with grated cheese and melt under grill.
