I got this from a friend. Great recipe as can be bulk prepared in advance and pulled out of the freezer and cooked when needed. Not only that, but they are they best cookies I have ever tasted!
These are very good! The only changes I made were: baking them in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees C (after chilling the dough), and softening the butter before creaming. When I take them out of the oven, I let them cool on the pan for 5-10 minutes and then transfer them to a cooling rack. These cookies were soft, and delicious! A good basic recipe for chocolate chip cookies. - 20 May 2013
