Boil potatoes and mash. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Then get a springform tin or pie dish, leftover spaghetti and 2 egg yolks. Mix the egg yolks through the spaghetti and a cup of cheese then press into tin. Top with mashed potato and put in the oven.
Add more cheese as the potato starts to brown then bake for a further ten minutes or until cheese is golden.
