A easy meal made from leftovers out of the fridge and basic pantry ingredients + the kids love it !!!!
3 or 4 potatoes for mashing
2 egg yolks
3 cups (375g) grated tasty cheese
- Boil potatoes and mash. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Then get a springform tin or pie dish, leftover spaghetti and 2 egg yolks. Mix the egg yolks through the spaghetti and a cup of cheese then press into tin. Top with mashed potato and put in the oven.
- Add more cheese as the potato starts to brown then bake for a further ten minutes or until cheese is golden.
- Let it sit then slice and serve with salad.
