Spaghetti Pie

    A easy meal made from leftovers out of the fridge and basic pantry ingredients + the kids love it !!!!

    Serves: 4 

    • leftover spaghetti
    • 3 or 4 potatoes for mashing
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 3 cups (375g) grated tasty cheese

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Boil potatoes and mash. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Then get a springform tin or pie dish, leftover spaghetti and 2 egg yolks. Mix the egg yolks through the spaghetti and a cup of cheese then press into tin. Top with mashed potato and put in the oven.
    3. Add more cheese as the potato starts to brown then bake for a further ten minutes or until cheese is golden.
    4. Let it sit then slice and serve with salad.
