These biscuits have lots of hidden goodness and taste great too. These biscuits will stay soft and moist because of the zucchini.

This recipe definitely sounded delicious but as I was making it I felt that two cups of chocolate seemed too much (for my taste), so added half the suggested amount and threw in some criasins and sunflower seeds. They worked really well & would definitely make again! - 31 Aug 2016
