Pierros' bean soup indian style

This is a very full flavoured meal. It began as an Italian bean soup but my spice cupboard was open and I could smell these wonderful aromas so i added this and that and came up with this. Enjoy Pierro!!!

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 1 tin (400g) 4 bean mix
- 1 tin (400g) Italian tomatoes
- 2 litres chicken stock
- 100g diced bacon
- 2 tsps.ground coriander
- 1 tsp. Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp. Fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp. garam marsala
- seasoning to taste

Ready in:20min
- Put chicken stock into large saucepan,and add beans and tomatoes.
- Bring to a strong boil and add all spices except garam marsala,and boil to reduce by 1/3 .
- Check seasoning and add garam marsala,and simmer for about 5 mins.
