    This is a great way to have your meat and drink at the same time.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 Scotch Fillet steaks
    • 250gm brown sugar
    • 500ml bourbon

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:6min  ›  Extra time:3hours marinating  ›  Ready in:3hours16min 

    1. Coat each fillet steak with the brown sugar making sure that the whole steak is covered . Place in air tight container and add bourbon until the steak and brown sugar is covered with the bourbon. Refrigerate/marinate for about 3-4 hours.
    2. Cook steak in hot pan for about 3 minutes each side then put aside to rest. Heat small amount of Bourbon and Sugar mixture until hot and thick plate steak and pour the heated bourbon over the steak.
