Used different ingredients.
I tried to make this like a Pide-a Spinach, Cheese and Garlic Pide-as a homage to the Turkish family who used to run Girne Pide in Redfern when we lived in Sydney. So I did the dough as per this recipe then filled it with grated zucchini(no spinach in the fridge), feta and garlic- baked it for 15ish minutes at 220 degrees. Yep....it was almost there in taste but I guess I'd have to try a little more complex recipe for the bread texture. But thanks for posting-it was fun! - 13 Nov 2008
