Orange juice is a great marinade for beef, the acids serving to break down the proteins slightly before cooking.
What on earth is this recipe doing in a vegetarian section? I have now also seen turkey and chicken in this section. Perhaps they could go into their own areas. As a vegetarian of over 30 years, I really don't appreciate seeing blood filled meat. - 25 May 2012

My boyfriend made this for us tonight and it turned out great! We didn't have the full 6 hours to let our steaks marinade (I think they were only in there for about 3 hours) Still turned out great though! Nice and flavourful. We didn't reserve any of the juice for heating up. All thought it would probably be a nice addition, we certainly didn't miss it. Great recipe.
