Grease and line a 22x33cm baking tray or slice tin with wax paper.
In a medium size microwave-safe bowl (or use a double boiler), melt the chocolate. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Stir the remaining ingredients into the chocolate, combining well and breaking any bits of biscuit that look too big.
Pour into prepared tray and chill until firm. Cut into squares.
