I adapted this recipe from a Jewish cookbook which I have. I make these potato pancakes for when my Jewish friends come over to visit.

Got home late..this was the newest recipe on the site-made it - easy, fabulous and filling. Thanks!  -  09 Oct 2008

Egg is mentioned in the ingredients but not the instructions; I made an assumption when to add it. The recipe directs you to cut all the potato up but it would have been easier to set 1 aside for the later mentioned grating. My food processor didn't chop the potatoes very well so maybe this adversely affected the taste but it felt too raw.  -  16 Feb 2017  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
