Chorizo and Feta Pizza

A yummy pizza topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella, sliced mushrooms, chopped roasted capsicums, thinly sliced chorizo and crumbled feta cheese!


Serves: 4 

  • 1 quantity of pre-made pizza dough or base
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • a sprinkle of Pizza Topper herb mix (or Italian herbs)
  • a good pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 a chorizo sausage thinly sliced (about 70g)
  • 4 mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 60g of mozzarella grated
  • 3 tablespoons of roasted capsicum, diced (from a jar or roast your own)
  • 1 handful of feta, cumbled or chopped

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. To make the pizza sauce, mix together the tomato paste, herb mix and salt and pepper. Roll out base and spread the pizza sauce over it.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; top with sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle the diced capsicum on the pizza, then top with the chorizo slices.
  4. Sprinkle the top with feta cheese and if you want sprinkle some extra herbs over the top.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
