Homemade BBQ Beef Burgers

    A meal that is easy and quick and can be altered to add different vegetables as your taste desires. Its a meal that goes a long way, and the kids will love it.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) water
    • 1 cup (125g) SR flour
    • 500g mince
    • 1 packet chicken noodle soup
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 large carrot, grated
    • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

    1. Beat the egg, then add milk, water and SR flour. Stir well till no lumps in the flour.
    2. Mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry.
    3. Droop spoonfuls onto hot BBQ, flatten with a spatula and cook till done - approx 5 mins each side. Very delicious.
