Lemonade Damper (or Scones)

You won't believe something this easy can be this good! You can either bake it all as one, like a damper, or as individual scones.

Serves: 12 

  • 2 cups (250g) self-raising flour
  • 1 cup whipped cream (make sure it has been whipped)
  • lemonade as needed

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Put flour in a bowl, add cream and mix gently. Add lemonade a couple of dessertspoons at a time until you have combined the mixture and it’s a little sticky.
  3. Flatten it out to cut out scones, or cook as a damper in one piece on a greased baking tray, 15 minutes for scones and 25 minutes (or until golden brown) for damper.
