Honey and Lemon Chicken

    I loved this dish as a child and only my Nanna could make it the way I liked it, so through a lot of begging I got the recipe to share, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 chicken pieces
    • 60g butter
    • 4 tablespoons honey
    • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

    1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken on all sides. Transfer to a casserole or baking dish with a lid.
    2. Boil the honey, lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken.
    3. Cover the dish and cook in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees C for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear.
