This is a delicious recipe for shortbread with only four ingredients, one of which is rice flour. It's fun to cut out shapes and serve them at Christmas.
First time making shortbread. Realized that either the cooking time or temperature in this recipe is wrong. Removed the biscuits after only 15 minutes - could smell that they were cooked. Hubby thought they were the best shortbread & has requested more. - 09 Jan 2014
