I threw this together last year when I was trying to replicate something I had in a restaurant. It ended up nothing like the sauce I tried, but everyone LOVED it so it's a keeper. Great dip for dim sums or spring rolls. We like dipping edemame and then biting them out of the shell. YUM
If the sauce tastes too salty, add a bit more sweet chilli. If it is too sweet, add a bit more soy or ginger. Varieties of sweet chilli and soy sauces are all different so you may have to add a bit more here or there to get the desired taste.
