    This parsley butter is a lovely add-on to any meat hot or cold, green veggies. Also try it on poached fish.

    Serves: 10 

    • 250g butter
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 lemon juiced variation;chopped garlic(for the meats)in addition.

    Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Soften the butter and work into the other ingredients.
    2. Roll into a log, wrap tightly in foil and store in the fridge. Remove just before you want to use it and cut into discs for each person.
