Roast Beef with Mustard

    This is a very tender and juicy beef with a very delicious mustard crust. A simple recipe but makes a great tasting roast and great leftovers too!

    • 1 kg Beef roast
    • 375 g jar whole grain mustard

    1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C and make sure the roast is completely defrosted before you start.
    2. Smother a thick covering of the whole grain mustard all over the beef
    3. Spray or oil oven dish, so beef doesn't stick.
    4. Cook for 1 hour and turn, and cook for another hour.
