This is kind of like a pumpkin pie crossed with an apple crumble. An unusual but healthy and hearty dessert.

    • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 3-4 sachets of splenda
    • 1 cup rolled oats

OH !!! WELL!! Ok!! this is along the lines of a crustless pumpkin pie recipe that I have. This has a twist that I am going to try tomorrow. If it is as good and I think it may well be.Better than what I make. My lot will be licking their plates so to speak.  -  19 Jun 2011
