The easiest way to change plain pork chops, with practically no effort. This is a weeknight family tradition.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 pork chops fat rind removed
  • 2 cups (500ml) apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. In a large non-stick frypan add the pork chops and apple juice.
  2. Cook for around 4-6 minutes on each side.
  3. Once cooked remove the chops.
  4. Mix the water and cornflour together.
  5. Add this to the remaining juice to thicken.
  6. Serve chops with a drizzle of the apple sauce over them.
