    Sausage mince is fried with sauces and sultanas then served with hot rice and a fresh banana. Simple and delicious.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1-2 tablespoons oil
    • 1 onion, finely diced
    • 1kg sausage mince
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon worsteshire sauce
    • 1/2 cup sultanas
    • steamed rice
    • 6 bananas, to serve

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Heat oil in a large frypan and saute the onion.
    2. Add mince and break up with spoon while browning.
    3. Add sauces and sultanas then cook on low medium heat for 10 minutes.
    4. Serve with steamed rice and peeled bananas.
