Fried bacon, onions and garlic stirred through a creamy sauce make this classic pasta a very easy dinner.


Serves: 2 

  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 375g fettuccine
  • 30g Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) light cream
  • 1 egg

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Fry bacon, onion and garlic in a medium pan.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain well.
  3. Combine bacon, onion and garlic into cooked pasta.
  4. Combine egg and cream in a mixing bowl.
  5. Combine all and mix before serving. Top with grated cheese.
