    This is a beautifully refreshing smoothie and perfect for breakfast or just a summer snack. Serve in tall glasses with straws.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 5 

    • 1 cup (250ml) orange juice
    • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
    • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
    • 3 pineapple rings
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened pineapple juice
    • 12 to 14 ice cubes

    Directions

    1. In a blender mix together orange juice, kiwi, bananas, pineapple and pineapple juice until well blended.
    2. Place the ice in the blender, then process until the ice is blended in with the fruit juices.
