Kabana and Vegetables on Noodles

    This is a great dish for cold winter nights and weeknight family dinners. The Kabana provides a great flavour to the vegetables.

    Serves: 4 

    • spaghetti or noodles
    • 200g cheese
    • Sauce
    • 2 onions, diced
    • 2 carrots, diced
    • 1kg Kabana, diced
    • 1 pumpkin, diced
    • salsa 375g

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Put all the sauce ingredients in saucepan and cook for 30 minutes or until pumpkin is cooked.
    2. Cook noodles and when cooked serve it all up together then add cheese on top.
