Fresh, vibrant, colourful and enjoyable salad that is perfect for a BBQ or just by its self! Great the same day but better the following day.


Serves: 18 

  • 500g spiral pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas and corn
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 3 spring onions
  • 250ml thousand island dressing
  • 1 (400g) tin tuna in brine

Preparation:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Cook pasta then allow to cool.
  2. Get the peas and corn out of the freezer.
  3. Cube cheese and slice spring onions.
  4. Then mix all the ingredients together.
