Scatter corn chips over a microwave safe dinner plate.
Sprinkle salsa over corn chips.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Place in microwave for two minutes.
Add a dollop of the avocado dip and sour cream on the side of the plate. Serve.
Microwaving will make the corn chips go a bit soft but they are still delicious. If you've got a bit more time place them in the oven until the cheese melts.
