Could this be any simpler or cheaper, or yummier! Once made there are a heap of ways to serve on rice, with chips, in burritos...


Serves: 2 

  • 500g steak
  • 1 (300g) jar mexican salsa

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:4hours  ›  Ready in:4hours5min 

  1. Brown steak then place into warm slow cooker.
  2. Pour over jar of salsa.
  3. Close lid and cook on Low for 4 hours.
  4. When its done take the steak out and place onto a choppingboard and shred the steak between two forks.
  5. Great to use with burritos, tacos and especially good for nachos.
