Easy Chocolate Mousse

This is the easiest, yummiest chocolate mousse ever. You can use dark, white or milk chocolate or a mixture of them all.

Serves: 4
- 300ml thickened cream
- 150g favourite chocolate

Ready in:1hour15min
- Whisk the cream until it is nice and thick.
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave and allow to cool.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the cream.
- Pour into serving cups such as martini glasses then cool in the fridge until set; approximately one hour.
