Great tasting and healthy. With fresh fruit and green tea, this juice is a great antioxidant boost any time of year but is especially refreshing in summer.

Serves: 2 

  • 1 cup (250ml) prepared green tea
  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled cored and roughly chopped
  • 2 granny smith apples, roughly chopped
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup crushed ice or 3 scoops of mango sorbet

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Prepare the green tea and leave to cool.
  2. Juice the pineapple, apple and ginger in a juicer. Pour the green tea, apple and pineapple juice into a blender and add the crushed ice or mango sorbet and whizz until combined. Serve in chilled glasses immediately.
