1 cup crushed ice or 3 scoops of mango sorbet

Prepare the green tea and leave to cool.
Juice the pineapple, apple and ginger in a juicer. Pour the green tea, apple and pineapple juice into a blender and add the crushed ice or mango sorbet and whizz until combined. Serve in chilled glasses immediately.
