I'd been trying to find an easy (and healthy muesli bar recipe for my toddler, as store bought ones are so expensive - this one ticked all the boxes. Great as a base recipe, you can add different types of fruit (we used apricots and sultanas) to suit your taste.
The only change I made was to halve the brown sugar as it was very sweet - this didn't seem to affect the taste though, even my husband loved them....and he doesn't eat anything healthy! - 12 Jun 2012
so easy and yummy. Very sweet but I like that. I didn't add coconut because I don't like it. Used a fruit medley which was great. Put it in the fridge to set a little after cooking as it was falling apart. - 27 Aug 2012
