A favourite local drink from Malaysia where it is served in coffee houses. It was difficult to find a receipe online so I experimented and figured out this simple way of doing it.
1 cup water
2-3 bags of Cyeldon Tea
1-2 tablespoons sweetened condense milk
2 large cups or metal mugs.
- Bring water to boil.
- Strain water through tea bags into cup.
- Add sweetened condense milk.
- 'Pull' tea by pouring the tea back and forth until it froths.
- The longer the length of pull is the better.
