These are brilliant for both children and adults alike. They are so basic and have no "hot" ingredients so that children can make them with little supervision. Very moorish - beware!

Crush the biscuits either using a food processor (the easiest way) or place the crackers in a large heavy bag and wack them with a rolling pin. If doing the rolling pin method do two batches. There should be no lumps just very fine crumbs.
Place milk, chocolate powder and coconut in the processor and pulse until a large ball forms. Alternatively, place in a large bowl and mix with a large spoon.
Using wet hands to form mixture into balls the size of a large cherry then dip into the extra coconut.
