Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a large biscuit tray.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy, then beat in caramel. Add flour and stir until combined.
Roll mixture into small balls (the size of the ball depends on how big you want you biscuits) and place on the tray. Bake for approx. 10 mins or slightly more, depending on the size of your biscuits. They are ready when still slightly soft to touch.
