Spelt Bread in a Breadmaker

Spelt is not strictly gluten free but is easier to digest than wheat. This makes a very light flavorsome loaf. I have used both white and wholemeal spelt flour with excellent results. .

If you take the weight of the egg from the amount of water e.g 60 from 310 and only add 250 mls of water this make a delicous loaf. Add some fruit and it is a fruit loaf that will disappear in one go. Yummy

Tried this one twice and wasted two mixes. Overflowed both times....what a mess. Not sure what I did wrong, if anything, but I will keep looking for a recipe that works for me.
