A spicy yet tasty pork recipe which is as easy as to make because I used the tinned curry sauce! Tastes great. Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice and garnish with toasted almond flakes and/or lime wedges.

1 tin (560g) Thai coconut curry stir fry sauce, or mixture of Thai curry paste and coconut milk
1 tablespoon oil
