A spicy yet tasty pork recipe which is as easy as to make because I used the tinned curry sauce! Tastes great. Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice and garnish with toasted almond flakes and/or lime wedges.


Serves: 4 

  • 600g diced lean pork
  • 1 tin (560g) Thai coconut curry stir fry sauce, or mixture of Thai curry paste and coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over a high heat, add meat and brown well. Pour entire contents of jar into saucepan, simmer over a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes.
