    Lean pieces of topside steak covered in French onion soup mix are served with vegetables. Very easy and very delicious.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2kg topside steaks
    • 3 packets French onion soup
    • freshly cooked vegetables

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:1hour30min  ›  Ready in:1hour45min 

    1. Individually place each steak onto a piece of foil big enough to wrap the steak.
    2. Coat steak in a generous coating of French onion soup granules then wrap the steak in foil folding foil at the top and sides to seal the package. Repeat for all pieces.
    3. Cook in oven for approximately 90 minutes depending on steak thickness.
    4. Start to cook your vegetables 30 minutes before steak is ready so the meal completes together.
    5. Unwrap the steak and serve with hot vegetables.
