I made this BLT with a few things I had sitting around but it's the spicy bacon that takes it up to the next level! You can add mayonnaise or tomato sauce as well.

I admit I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spiciness, but 1 tsp of red pepper flakes was way too much for me. I didn't use that much curry either. This tasted ok, but I don't think it was the 'best BLT' at all. Thanks anyway. - 10 May 2006 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
