    This is an easy and tasty party dip with salmon, cream cheese and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 1 (210g) tin salmon, drained
    • 125g cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 125g butter, melted

    Directions

    1. Combine drained salmon, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Blend briefly in food processor, add melted butter and then blend until smooth. Transfer into serving dish, refrigerate until cold.
